Context
Rekart Rider app is a delivery management product for riders, which is similar to Blinkit & Zepto rider apps but with extra features like cash pickup, reverse logistics, etc.
I was assigned revamp the app with repetitive requirements, minimal changes to User flow & modern UI
Impact & Learnings
Within 5 hours of app launch, Riders completed over 1,340 deliveries, & within 2 weeks team received improved look & feel, fast task completions feedback from Clients
This was one of my Dream project, where I followed the Design process & achieved the results with Learnings across research, iterations, & Dev handoff
